NARVA – CITY OF GOOD ENERGY

In May 2004 Estonia became a member of the European Union, and the city of Narva, having a very beneficial border location, received new opportunities for its development.  Narva city government has prepared this document in order to stimulate the process of investment in the city.

The Investment Passport is a document, whose purpose is to present to the potential investors the most important information about Narva as well as to introduce the existing possibilities.  It also aims at estimating the prospects of business development in various areas of city life.

The information package contains the description of Narva enterprises, information about labour force and utility networks, a map of buildings and constructions, proposals on the land market, information about prices on land and property, selling and buying regulations and a lot more.

The information in the Investment Passport is constantly updated.
